1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Founder's Find websites (scholarship.foundersfind.club and events.foundersfind.club) and your participation in the Founder's Find webinar and program offerings.

By registering for a webinar, submitting a scholarship application, or enrolling in the Founder's Find program, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or enroll.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dhanushal Skilling LLP (referred to as "we", "us", or "Founder's Find").

2. Eligibility

To register for any Founder's Find offering, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be an individual acting in your personal capacity
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

We reserve the right to cancel your registration or enrollment if we determine that you do not meet these eligibility requirements or that you have provided false information.

3. Webinar Terms

3.1 Registration and Payment

Webinar registration requires payment of Rs. 249 per session. Payment is processed via Razorpay. Your seat is confirmed only upon successful payment. Registration at a lower or zero price is not available.

3.2 Seat Availability

Webinar seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration closes when the seat cap is reached or at the scheduled time, whichever comes first.

3.3 No Refund Policy — Webinars

All webinar registration fees are non-refundable. This applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• You are unable to attend on the scheduled date and time
• You experience technical difficulties on your end
• You change your mind after registration

3.4 Session Cancellation or Rescheduling by Founder's Find

In the rare event that we cancel or reschedule a webinar session, registered participants will be notified as early as possible via WhatsApp and email. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund of the registration fee or a transfer of their registration to the rescheduled session.

3.5 Recording Policy

Webinar sessions are not recorded and will not be made available after the session. We strongly recommend attending live. We are under no obligation to provide session recordings or summaries to registered participants who did not attend.

3.6 Program Credit

If you enroll in the Founder's Find program within 7 days of attending a paid webinar, your Rs. 249 webinar registration fee will be credited toward your program fee. This credit is applicable only once and cannot be combined with other offers.

4. Program Terms

4.1 Enrollment and Scholarship

Enrollment in the Founder's Find program requires completion of a three-screen scholarship application. Submission of the application does not guarantee enrollment. Scholarship offers are made at our sole discretion based on the quality of your application responses. Scholarship amounts vary and are communicated to each applicant individually within 48 hours of application submission.

4.2 Program Fee

The full program fee is Rs. 34,999. After applying an earned scholarship, the program fee starts at Rs. 24,999. The exact fee applicable to you will be specified in your scholarship offer.

4.3 Seat Booking — Partial Payment

Where a partial payment option is made available to book your seat, the following applies:

• Partial payments are non-refundable under all circumstances
• A partial payment reserves your seat but does not constitute full enrollment
• Full enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the complete program fee

4.4 Refund Policy — Full Program Fee

Once the complete program fee has been paid, the following refund policy applies:

Eligible for Refund: You may claim a full, no-questions-asked refund if your request is submitted within the first 10 days of the program start date. For example, if the program begins on June 1, refund requests must be submitted on or before June 10.

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Refund requests submitted before the program start date
• Refund requests submitted on or after the 11th day of the program
• Partial refunds for partial participation are not available

To claim a refund, write to hello@foundersfind.club with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Cohort Name]". Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

4.5 Batch Cancellation or Postponement

In the event that a scheduled cohort is cancelled or postponed by Founder's Find, enrolled participants will be notified at the earliest opportunity via WhatsApp and email. Participants will be given the following options:

• Claim a full refund of all fees paid, including any partial payments
• Retain their enrollment and wait for the rescheduled batch start date
• Transfer their enrollment to a future cohort of their choice, subject to seat availability

Participants will have 7 days from the date of notification to communicate their preferred option. If no response is received within 7 days, the enrollment will be automatically transferred to the next available cohort.

4.6 Program Delivery

The Founder's Find program is delivered through live video sessions (via Zoom), WhatsApp-based communication, and digital resources shared by the program team. We reserve the right to make changes to the program schedule, session format, guest speakers, and delivery methodology where necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund outside of the policy described in Section 4.4.

4.7 Guest Experts and Speakers

Guest expert sessions are scheduled in advance but are subject to change. In the event a confirmed guest expert is unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement. A change in guest speaker does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4.8 Placement Support

The Founder's Find program includes placement support as described on our website. This includes resume preparation, portfolio building, application assistance, and mock interview preparation. Placement support does not constitute a guarantee of employment or internship placement. We do not guarantee job outcomes.

5. Code of Conduct

By enrolling in the Founder's Find program or registering for a webinar, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with other participants, guest experts, and the Founder's Find team
• Not share session recordings, simulation content, pre-read materials, or any proprietary program content with individuals outside the cohort
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any program materials without prior written permission from Dhanushal Skilling LLP
• Not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or employment status during the application or enrollment process

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program or webinar without refund if they are found to be in violation of this code of conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including but not limited to pre-read booklets, simulation case studies, summary PDFs, session recordings (where applicable), and any other content produced by Founder's Find, are the intellectual property of Dhanushal Skilling LLP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your personal learning during the program. No other rights are granted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dhanushal Skilling LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, or failure to secure employment.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Founder's Find in the 6 months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at scholarship.foundersfind.club/privacy.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants via WhatsApp or email.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at hello@foundersfind.club to seek an informal resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
