Why we exist
Careers changed. Career infrastructure did not.
A career used to be a ladder inside one company. Whatever the title says, you are paid for your decisions. So the product practises decisions, marks decisions and shows decisions.

Every score is printed next to the rubric it was marked against, every mark is shown, and the person's own words are kept.
