Proving Ground

Selection by application (3% selection rate)
Where our members come from

What you leave with
Four things you take into your next role.
Not a certificate. Work a hiring manager can read, and a plan to use it.
- 01
Judgement you can show
Every call you make is marked against a published standard, so you finish with a record of how you decide, not a list of what you read.
- 02
A portfolio that does the talking
Your marked work, collected into a proof-of-skill portfolio you can send with an application.
- 03
A plan for the move
With a coach: your resume and profile rebuilt around that work, and a transition plan naming your target roles and companies, in order.
- 04
6 months to land it
The Intelligent Job Board's Foundation plan: roles curated to you, the hiring manager by name where we have one, and every message drafted from your record.
How it works
Build the judgement, then go after the role.
Six to eight hours a week, in IST, with sessions recorded.
- 01 · The modules
Inside one company
Case studies, short lessons, live cases with mentors, and one company you run from start to finish. Each decision follows from the last, and every call is marked.
- 02 · Career Translation
Your case for the move
Personal work with a coach: the portfolio, the rebuilt resume and profile, and your transition plan.
- 03 · 6 months
The Intelligent Job Board
The Foundation plan, open once you've paid in full: going after the roles, with the hiring manager named where we have one and the outreach written for you.
One company, start to finish
The company's people remember how you handled them, and your score carries forward. Each week inside the company depends on what you did in the weeks before it.
- Week 1
Strategy and judgement
The situation the company is in, and your first call.
- Week 2
Execution and operations
The plan breaks. You keep the promise or you do not.
- Week 3
Product
What to build, what to kill, and who to tell.
- Week 4
Growth
Where the next customers come from, and what each one costs.
- Week 5
Finance and unit economics
The numbers behind every call you have made so far.
- Week 6
Fundraising and investors
The deal that costs more than it pays.
Try it
Make three calls before you apply.
Three calls from one founder's day in the Diwali Surge. Make them, watch the read fill in, and see what the standard would ask next. The programme runs like this, inside one company.
You are the founder. Read the situation and pick what you would actually do. There is no correct answer.
Orders are coming in four times faster than you planned for. Then your main delivery partner texts: they are pulling every rider in your area in 40 minutes. 900 orders are already out for delivery.
make a call on the left, and this fills in
How your work is marked
Every call is marked against a standard you can read.
Not a score card. The rubric's own words next to the mark, every mark shown, and your own sentences kept.
Dashed line: what the role expects · Pink: how this person decided
- 01
The standard, printed
Every score comes with the words that define it, so you can see what a top mark asks for and exactly where yours fell short.
- 02
The raw marks
Every mark is shown as it was given, never averaged away, so you can see where you were strong and where you slipped.
- 03
Your own words
Your strongest answers, kept exactly as you wrote them, ready to show in an interview or a portfolio.
“I went from sending 200 cold applications with no replies to three founder's office offers in six weeks. The simulation portfolio did the talking before I did.”
“Every other program teaches frameworks. This one made me sit with real founder problems until my thinking changed. That's the only thing that actually transfers.”
“I was a final-year student competing against people with five years of experience. The portfolio levelled the field. The mentor intros closed the offer.”
“The eight weeks were brutal in the best way. I left with a way of thinking I now use every single day on the job.”
Is it for you?
Built for two kinds of people.
The same seat, taken for different reasons.
Switchers
Move into the work you want.
You are aiming at a product, Founder's Office, operations, growth or finance seat and need evidence you can do a job you have not held.
Builders
Move up from execution.
You own real work already. The reps make your decisions faster and easier to defend, which is what the next seat up asks for.
Not for
Anyone who wants a certificate.
The work comes back marked, and the marking is blunt where it should be.
Pricing and application
One fee, the Job Board included.
Selection by application (3% selection rate). Apply, talk to a counsellor about fit, then book your seat with a part payment and pay the balance before the cohort starts. Nothing is paid before that conversation.

Questions
Common questions.
A cohort-based programme that builds judgement, problem solving and decision-making under uncertainty. Capability work inside one simulated company, module by module, then Career Translation turning the work into a portfolio and a plan. It includes 6 months of the Intelligent Job Board (Foundation plan).
₹34,999 (list price ₹39,999), with 6 months of the Intelligent Job Board included. You book your seat with a part payment and pay the balance before the cohort starts. A counsellor confirms fit on a call before you pay anything, and there is a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund from booking.
Real cases from real companies (80+ interactive case studies), short action-framework lessons, framework practice, mentor-led live cases, integrated simulations where each decision follows from the last, and feedback marked against a published standard. Case studies, self-paced lessons, masterclasses and the simulation engine are all live today.
Six to eight hours a week: a live session, a simulation, and the reading. Sessions run in IST and are recorded.
Written decisions are marked against a rubric with five written levels, and the feedback comes back in plain language as a conversation about the call you made. Mentors run the live cases and mark the room. Multiple-choice decisions are scored the same way every time, so two people who make the same call get the same score.
People with a real capability, judgement or proof gap: switchers moving into product, Founder's Office, operations, growth or finance work, and builders sharpening decisions they already make. It is not for someone who wants a certificate.
Marked decision work you can show, a proof-of-skill portfolio, a rebuilt resume and profile, a career transition plan, and six months of the Intelligent Job Board to act on it.
No. Proving Ground puts you in front of the right problems and hands you the evidence. No outcome is guaranteed, and any programme that guarantees one is worth questioning.
Build the judgement your next role will ask for.
Apply in six short steps. A counsellor calls to talk it through with you, and you pay nothing before that call.
